Action meets Meditation

At first glance, Lift Foils is an action sports brand. But as they have evolved as a company, so too has their understanding of their product and the impact it has had on the lives of their customers. They often speak of how they go into an almost meditative state—the flow state—when they are foiling. And it’s that experience that Lift came to us to help them capture and share.

After filming for several days in Bacalar, Mexico, we created a sensorial piece that is unique to anything the brand has expressed before.

A UNIQUE CHALLENGE

In the spring of 2022, Lift Foils began a collaboration with the Habitas Bacalar property, and Habitas was quick to refer us to them to tell that story.

The unique challenge presented to us was to create one piece of content that reflected two very different brands, and find the philosophical alignment between the two.

After long discussions with both founders, we set out to tell a story about passion and the pursuit of calm in a world full of noise.
